The principle of the low pressure casting machine is mainly to fill the sealed protective furnace with a certain amount of dry compressed air. Under the action of air pressure, the metal liquid in the holding furnace is punched into the mold cavity along the liquid riser to make the metal liquid in the mold cavity. Common failures and solutions of low-pressure casting machines

1. The pressure of the hydraulic system cannot rise

First, check whether the pressure switch is normally turned on. If it is turned off, please turn on the switch. Then check whether the hydraulic motor, electrical circuit, and thermal relay are started, check the internal structure of the low-pressure casting machine, tighten the screw of the pressure adjustment disk, and the handle is too tight. Please turn and tighten the nut. Repair or exchange, the oil leakage of the hydraulic valve must also be exchanged, if the pump motor is reversed, please check the circuit. If the direction of rotation of the shrapnel after assembly is reversed, please confirm the type of machine and then reorganize it. If the pressure gauge switch is closed, turn on the switch.

2. The pump pressure rise is too high

If air is sucked into the suction side of the hydraulic pump, check the cause before performing repairs. If the intake filter is found to be clogged, please clean the filter or replace it. Sometimes after long time of use, the noise of the hydraulic pump will become larger. The reasons may be as follows: air is involved in the seal portion of the pump shaft; motor oil pollution; the shaft center of the pump and motor is misaligned; Regulations; motor oil reduction. Give priority to the method of repairing or exchanging the hydraulic pump, and then confirm whether the number of revolutions is normal.

3. The oil temperature of the hydraulic unit is abnormal

The oil temperature of the general oil pressure unit is abnormal, mainly because the cooling water fails to pass through the oil cooler, or the temperature of the cooled water is too high. The solution is to pass water first and then check whether the water temperature is below 28 ℃ to ensure that the oil temperature of the hydraulic unit is normal. Defective pumps and poor pressure adjustment discs can also cause abnormal oil temperature. It is best to check the gas circuit and electrical circuit and check the main reason for repair.

4. The main cylinder does not work

The reason may be that the hydraulic valve is not operating or the hydraulic solenoid valve is slow, and the electrical circuit and hydraulic unit are malfunctioning. The hydraulic valve can be repaired, and then confirm whether the wiring of the control panel is disordered, dropped or broken. Check and maintain the hydraulic unit and valve.

5. The main oil cylinder, side oil cylinder and side cylinder rod have problems

The common failure of the main oil cylinder is that after the descent stops, the plate of the low-pressure casting machine will drop a few centimeters. Generally, there are the following reasons: the operation of the main control inspection disk is abnormal, and this situation can be solved by repairing the fault of the main control inspection disk; the gas in the oil pressure pipe causes the slowdown of the main oil cylinder to slow down, you can choose to check the gas reason Re-operation check; if the hydraulic cylinder leaks oil, it must be repaired and exchanged; if the sequence of actions is wrong, the sequence of actions can be rearranged.

If the side cylinder does not operate, it is most likely because the LS of the side cylinder’s front stroke action section is not turned on, and the LS can be adjusted to the starting state. If the hydraulic valve moves slightly, you can check the cause of the repair. If the electrical circuit, hydraulic unit, and piping are faulty, you can check the wiring of the control panel first, and then remove the air in the piping before performing partial inspection of the hydraulic unit.

If the side cylinder rod is too long, try to check the filter screen of the hydraulic unit, and by the way repair the T exhaust check plate and adjust the balance plate.

6. The removed device will not work

The operating conditions of the take-out device are not satisfied. It is necessary to check whether the LS position is correct, whether the electrical circuit is faulty, and whether the hydraulic valve is working normally.
