If the first two cases have not occurred, the third step of the inspection will start. At this time, you need to open the upper flange at the rear of the head of the molding machine. What you need to check is whether the butter of the gear bearing has deteriorated. If this happens, it can be washed with kerosene or gasoline, and moving the indenter will feel looser.
The fourth step is to check that there is a foreign matter such as an iron ballast in the gap between the front and back plates of the horizontal parting flaskless molding machine. After removing the foreign matter, you can test run.
If none of the above conditions occur, open the two intake pipes on the back of the indenter, pull the control valve in place and swing them in, and check whether the intake air of the nozzle is large enough. If the intake air volume is small, it will also cause pressure on the molding machine. The head oscillates slowly. If this is the case, check the control valve and then the air filter.
Last Step, when the sand molding machine does not work normally after being turned on, you need to immediately stop the diagnosis. You can diagnose the molding machine in sequence according to the above five steps and handle it in time to make the molding machine operate normally and improve the working efficiency of the machine.
