1. The problem that the top core sinks when the top core is shot: Because the top core cylinder is a cylinder, the cavity of the mold is filled with complex mold sand and compressed air during the shot, which causes the top core cylinder to top during the shot the core force is less than the sum of the core shot force and the total amount of the mold, so the top core cylinder sinks;

3. The problem of high electromagnetic valve failure: After observation, on the one hand, the quality of the valve is not good, on the other hand, it is the problem of the installation location. Some are far from the machine tool soot, and some are near the heat source of the machine tool. The electromagnetic valve is easy to die in the place with large smoke and dust, but it is easy to be deformed and clamped by the heat near the heat source. The solution is to replace the original solenoid valve with the solenoid valve and place the solenoid valve in a unified place away from the heat source and smoke. 4. 6. The solution to the hopper height is not easy to add sand: modify the hopper so that the hopper can be matched with the pneumatic sand feeding device, and install the pneumatic sand feeding device.
7. If the power indicator and pc indicator of the core shooting machine are not lit, it may be that the power supply is not connected or the fuse is damaged. At this time, the power supply should be checked and the fuse of the same specification should be replaced in time.
8. If the mold clamping of the core shooting machine is abnormal, it may be that the position of the proximity switch of the forward and backward movement of the barrel and the pressure action of the barrel is improper.
9. If the forward shooting head of the core shooting machine does not respond, it may be that the air pressure power supply is not turned on, so there is no air pressure, or it may be the improper approaching position of the barrel. Adjust the barrel to release the approaching state to solve.
10. If the compression of the shooting head of the core shooting machine is abnormal, it means that the position of the barrel advance proximity switch is improper, then adjust the barrel advance proximity switch.
