5	Overturn does not work	Check whether the die-returning inductor switch is working, whether the power supply electromagnetic valve is DC24V, or whether the valve is blocked.
6	Left and right die-cleaning does not work	Check whether the falling-inductor is working, whether the power supply electromagnetic valve is DC24V, or whether the valve is blocked.
7	rotation does not work	Check whether the falling inductor is working, whether the power supply electromagnetic valve is DC24V, or whether the valve is blocked.

The touch-screen shows that “The machine is in E-stop”	The button of E-stop in the operation box is pressed down.	Push the E-stop button-up clockwise.
The machine is unable to automatically start		Check whether the button selection points to automatic operation and whether the machine is in the automatic preparation situation: the machine rack is up to its limitation, the mold is open, the support rack is in the origin, the left and right die-cleaning are in the retraction, and meanwhile check the action of the sensor switches, you can find in the I/O monitor screen of the touch-screen.
The support rack can’t rotate		Check whether the machine rack is in the lowest, whether the mold is open, whether the left and right die-cleaning are in the retraction, and meanwhile check the action of all the relative sensor switches, you can find in the I/O monitor screen of the touch-screen.
Die-cleaning failure		Check whether the mold is on, what the location of the support rack-come in or go out, whether the machine rack is in the lowest and meanwhile check the action of the sensor switches, you can find in the I/O monitor screen of the touch-screen.
The machine rack is unable to ascend or descend		Check whether the mold is in the position of coming in, and meanwhile, check the action of the sensor switches.
Die-matching failure		Check whether the mold is in the position of coming in and whether the left and right die-cleaning are in the retraction, and meanwhile check the action of the sensor switches, you can find in the I/O monitor screen of the touch-screen.
